Yesterday Greg put in the last of the new windows in the living room. There is still trim work to be done outside, but at least there are three new windows and a new front door.

When we first got here that Saturday we went to The Estate Sale and found a washer and dryer. The only problem was we didn’t own the house yet, so no place to put them. The funny part was the man selling told us that the washer still had a load of laundry in it from when they took it out of the home. Well week after week we kept going back and the set was still there, with the laundry in it. So we went back yesterday and told ourselves if it was still there we gonna ask if we could get the set for $200. And now we have a washer and dryer. I finally took out the load of laundry and trashed it.

Sorry no post yesterday, we took the day off. We went to the casino with friends to raid the buffet.

Today we paint inside the kitchen cabinets and Greg installed one of two living room windows.

Here is the completed headboard. Oh yeah, we installed the new front door. It really changes the living room because it lets in so much light.

Well we decorated our small white tree, hung a few ornaments over the tv, and put up the stockings.

Greg made curtain rods from the old closet poles. A little stain goes a long way.
